These terms apply to all trade and wholesale orders placed with Studio Kempster.
1. Pricing

Trade pricing is 50% off the current RRP.

RRP may be subject to change in line with collection updates or market adjustments.

Products must not be resold below RRP without prior written agreement.
2. Minimum Order

First orders require a minimum of 20 units.

A minimum of 2 units per design is required for all orders.

Reorders may be more flexible – please enquire directly.
3. Payment

All orders are invoiced and payable in advance via bank transfer or secure online payment link.

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
4. Product Use

All products remain the intellectual property of Studio Kempster.

Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or sold under another brand name or identity.

Resale of products under a different business name, brand, or label is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
5. Returns & Faults

All items are handmade to order and therefore non-returnable unless faulty.

Any damages or defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
6. Branding
-
We may provide optional brand cards or display materials upon request.

If you intend to sell unbranded, please notify us in advance, as different terms may apply.
7. Exclusivity

We do not offer guaranteed exclusivity unless previously agreed in writing.
